3. Three years ago I learned what Stoney Clover was and had a Canva Pro trial so I made the above image for a possible UL flash fic. We'll get into it later. I'm not posting it today.

What I've Been Up To
Not much.
I started two short stories; one about Rhett and Juliana's oldest daughter Spencer inspired by the title Girl Dad. The other is about Maverick. For the last three years I've been picking at these when I felt like writing something.
Girl Dad is kinda in fighting shape and I'll share it soon!
What Else I've Been Up To
Every now and then I will re-read chunks of a serial to remember how to write a character ( I also re-edit a ton.)
The only thing that I don't hate is Burn, and it's hilarious because I had to skim 2 serials and like a zillion short stories to make it make full sense.
The worst thing I've ever done is United Light 2. It's incredibly un-readable.
Speaking of United Light....
I have no idea how to access the United Light website is so a while ago I went link by link and pasted the entire thing into a Word Doc. Earlier this year I put that into Google Docs to see if I could re-edit United Light.
Reader, it was impossible.
I actually ended up re-reading the entire thing so I could know what the hell was going on and ...United Light is a MESS, ya'll.
When I wrote it I never intended for it to be anything so like, it's very nonsensical. But I have a ✨dream ✨ of getting it so it lines up more with UL3.
I'm still chipping away ⛏️📚 at UL as a personal hobby and maybe one day I'll have something. I have some solid ideas to build out the world and United Light as a cult but I'm just not sure how to get all the parts to mush together.
A Love Letter to Lile
I wrote this 2 years ago and I just want to post this because Lile has been giving me life lately:
I am still obsessed with this quote Lile gave when someone in a Q&A asked her about our relationship (in an attempt to start drama I think ?)
My muse has been MIA lately (still true!) and Lile's worlds and characters have kept my creatively on life support. I've been enamored by Lux Aeterna since day two (I was a little unsure on day one, I'll admit but by day two I was HOOKED) and will never understand how one brain created it all.
Lile's work in NA, QC and Rogue helped me realize it was okay to move forward, to push timelines or reset the stakes and just try things. My favorite thing in the Lux Aeterna world is all the twists and new set ups that go from story to story.
Also, hahah we are both entering our All!Human era and I found this old comment in my saved folder. ...I think the underlined part is just all we do now ??? lol!
Hey...Remember Survive ?
The reason I'm actually back is I wanted to share the Extended Epilogue for Survive. I wrote this years ago and just never posted it but it can work as a standalone.
I was originally just going to explain the Epilogue and then share the Extended Epilogue but I'm just going to share both. I'll also explain why I thought to post this all of a sudden.
All you have to remember is this was a story where Lucley & co survived New Aeaterna.
As a a quick reminder, Survive is a Years!AU where:
🏥💪 Luce recovers from his car accident
👶🍼 He and Haley have a daughter named Sailor.
😔🔥 They get trapped in New Aeterna during the Siege a few days after Sailor is born
The only other things you need to know is that for the first 7 years Haley, Nova and Sailor hid in a basement apartment.
For the last 3 Years of New Aeterna:
- Luce was rescued by the Prince's Resistance for his hacking skills. He lived in New Jersey and helped the Resistance. He worked for the "B" team led by Genesis.
- Haley was caught and taken to an underground Helion prison / human experimentation lab.
- Genesis arranged for Nova and Sailor to be sent to a work camp. Also, Sailor witnesses her only friend, a child Angel, beaten to death by a boy Helion jealous of her wings.
They are all reunited. Sailor is 10, Nova is 22.
